Started in Fall 2019, Well-Being Coaching offers you the opportunity to explore questions from all corners of life. In sessions, we focus on aspects of both your life at Stanford and your life after Stanford (where you will spend the majority of your time!).
Examples of questions we could explore:
- What is my why?
- What do I value?
- What can I do with negative thoughts?
- In what ways can I cope with all the stress in my life?
- How can I start to reconcile what I want with what my family wants for me?
- In what ways can I balance my schoolwork with my social life?
- Where can I start in making friends?
- How do I feel whole as a person?
