How Do I Use Axess?

Main content start

For Stanford students, Axess is your online portal for enrolling in classes, checking your grades and degree progress, seeing your financial aid awards and tuition changes, filling out online course evaluations, and many other things!

Using Axess

Be sure to check out the links at the Registrar's My Academics page, which covers enrolling in courses, requesting transcripts and more.

Once you have logged in to Axess for the first time using your Stanford username and password, it’s highly recommended that you spend a few minutes exploring the various tabs and options.

For difficulties related to enrollment, first use Axess to see if you have any enrollment holds. Otherwise, contact the Student Services Center (SSC), on the second floor of Tresidder Union. Students are encouraged to file a Service Now Ticket. The SSC is the best way to contact the Registrar’s Office, as the Registrar's Office oversees all enrollment, transcript, and official records of the university.

Note: For Enrollment in Autumn 2023 the Registrar's Office is introducing Enrollment Groups and staggered enrollment times.
